Damage/Lost/Stolen Policy
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your package is lost/stolen after a confirmed delivery, Chloe and Cali Beauty Box will not take responsibility. Please contact local authorities.

If your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours via email at Please include a picture and detailed explanation of the damage. Please allow 1 - 2 business days for a response and resolution.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Due to the nature of the products being sold,  Chloe and Cali Beauty Box does not offer refunds or accepts returns (with the exception of damaged goods, per discretion & based on eligibility. See the damage policy for more info). If there are any concerns or if you are dissatisfied with your product, please contact customer service via email at Please allow 1 - 2 business days for a response. Excellent customer satisfaction is our #1 priority.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Shipping Policy
All items are shipped via USPS & UPS. Currently we only ship within the United States. Please allow 2 - 6 business days for your order to be processed and an additional 3 - 7 business days for shipping. Tracking information will be provided once items have been shipped.

Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be processed on Monday or the following business day.

Please note that Chloe and Cali Beauty Box is not responsible for late shipments due to carrier delays.
